Ty Gwyn Mawr provides medium to long term placements for children and young people between the ages of 12 and 18.
The staff at Ty Gwyn Mawr provide a safe, secure, friendly and nurturing environment the children and young people cared for by Parc Care LTD. 
The living accommodation comprises one large lounge/dining are with television, DVD player, x box games console, music; large kitchen/dining area with utilities, recycling room; a secure office completes the ground floor.
There are four large individual bedrooms on the upper floor as well as a bathroom/shower room. On a split level landing there is another toilet area.
Spacious gardens and patio areas and plenty of parking around the home.
